Get to know Re:Start
We are here to make you aware of Internet Gaming Disorder and motivate you to Re:Start your gaming habit.

Hi!
I'm Nara from Sekolah Cikal Serpong, and Re:Start is a product of my culminating project!
Why Re:Start?
Gaming can be an exciting escape, but it can sometimes take up more time than we realize. Staying up too late, falling behind on school or work, and finding it hard to take a break are common struggles. I have seen how difficult it can be to cut back, especially without a clear plan. That's why Re:Start is here to help adolescents recognize when gaming is getting out of control and take small but meaningful steps to regain balance.

What is IGD?
Internet gaming disorder is defined by excessive and repetitive engagement with video games, often causing significant disruptions in daily life, work, or education. The American Psychiatric Association (APA) has recognized it as a possible psychiatric disorder, highlighting the necessity for additional research in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-5).
